Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in November 2019 decreased compared to October 2019 of 4.98 points. The ROR for November 2019 was only 45.31 percent, while the ROR for star hotels in October 2019 was 50.29 percent. When compared to the ROR for star hotels in November 2018 it increased by 7.07 points.

The average length of stay (RLM) of star hotel guests in November 2019 was 1.93 days. This decreased by 0.11 days compared to the RLM of October 2019 of 2.13 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in November 2019 recorded 68,871 people consisting of 55,743 domestic guests (80.94%) and 13,128 foreign guests (19.06%).

The ROR for Non-Star Hotels in November 2019 decreased by 1.13 points compared to October 2019 with the ROR of 29.76 percent. When compared to November 2018 it increased by 5.22 points from 23.41 percent.

The average length of stay (RLM) of guests at Non Bintang Hotels in November 2019 was 1.60 days, a decrease of 0.12 days compared to the RLM of October 2019 of 1.72 days.
